Furniture balsam No. 173
High coverage balsam made of bee wax and vegetable wax for wooden furniture and floors, linoleum, cork and unglazed clay tiles. Provides a honey coloured, open-pored finish. Apply with a rag ball or by polishing machine with pre-warming device (large surfaces). Polish after 4 hours to obtain a satin mat finish, polish after 24 hours to obtain a silk gloss finish.
Application
Apply the furniture balsam evenly and thin with a cloth or pad. Polish after 4-6 hours for a satin-mat finish or after 12-22 hours if a satin-gloss finish is required.
Tips
The surface is resistant to minor stress after 24 hours. Treat carefully and avoid contact with moisture for ca. four 4 weeks. Regular care maintains beautiful surfaces for a long time.
