Living with AURO

The application of AURO products is a child’s play. Your local AURO partner gladly lends his support.

Bathroom

Like the kitchen, the bathroom is no longer just a functional room with a negligible appearance. It has become a place for recreation where the rituals of body care are enjoyed. There is nothing more relaxing than taking a bath to unwind after work.
Besides the right materials and colours, a diffused and soft lighting is very important to provide a harmonious atmosphere.
When the materials for the bathroom are selected, it should be taken into account that this is the most humid room of the flat. All surfaces that are in direct contact with water should be tiled. The wall parts above the tiles can be creatively styled with wall paints; wallpapers are not recommendable in bathrooms. If wood is going to be used, it should be treated with a water-repellent oil. The darkening of the wood can be reduced by using an oil with a white pigment.

Style-defining criteria

For a NATURE style that appears modern instead of rustic, light materials should be selected that radiate easiness. Sand-coloured tiles, cream-white walls, curtain fabrics with a natural structure, towels and bathroom rugs in matching colours: If all these details are consistently assembled, this style will be perfectly presented.

The retro-romanticism of the HARMONY style can be conjured up by playful fittings and deco elements as well as a colour concept dominated by berry colour tones.

No restraint should be exercised where the LUST FOR LIVING style is requested. Be courageous and use a bold colour tone that is counterpointed by dark or white tiles and furniture.
