COLOURS FOR LIFE Paint primer No. 510
The water-dilutable paint primer prevents the breakthrough of discolouring ingredients on wood typesrich in active ingredients like oak, ash or chestnut, as well as efflorescence on salt- and pressure-impregnated wood.
At the same time, it levels varying absorption capacities of the surface and thus provides a perfect substrate for subsequnent paint coats with the glossy or satin paints from our COLOURS FOR LIFE series.
Of course the primer fulfills the requirements of the so-called „toy norm" DIN EN 71-3 and the DIN 53160 which guarantees sweat and saliva resistance.
Application
The surface can be recoated with the COLOURS FOR LIFE paints already six hours after the application of the primer.
Tips
It is in any case recommendable to prime wood and wooden materials before lacquer paints are applied. The primer is essential on wood types rich in active substances.
